Internet access and a valid email address
A browser and operating system combination supported by the browser vendor
Minimum screen resolution for non-responsive content: 1024 x 768 pixels
Minimum screen resolution for responsive content: 320 pixels wide
A compatible PDF reader, such as Adobe Reader
JavaScript enabled
cookies enabled (first and third-party)
