If you do not recognize a charge, please follow these four steps:
  1. 1. Double-check your receipts and check with other authorized users of your card. 
  2. Contact the merchant where the purchase originated. 
  3. Contact NEFCU 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 800-400-8790 to block your card.
  4. If you are unable to determine the validity of the transaction, please complete the fraud packet and mail or fax as indicated on the first page of the form.
