If you do not recognize a charge, please follow these four steps:
- 1. Double-check your receipts and check with other authorized users of your card.
- Contact the merchant where the purchase originated.
- Contact NEFCU 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 800-400-8790 to block your card.
- If you are unable to determine the validity of the transaction, please complete the fraud packet and mail or fax as indicated on the first page of the form.
